The past few good, long, solid months have tested me in ways I never imagined. Sleepless nights, legal battles, and the emotional toll of being dismissed by companies that thought I wouldn't fight back. But I did. And I won. Twice. No lawyer!

I've been paying monthly payments to an overseas company for 18 months without realising it. I only discovered this after finding out I'd been paying £79.99 for something I didn't remember.
Recently, I tried a trial IQ test for £1 and was surprised to see a £29.99 charge. I hadn't used the service beyond the trial day and felt tricked.
I contacted MyIQ and explained the situation. They refused to refund me, but I referenced UK consumer rights, the cooling-off period, and the lack of transparency in their sign-up process. I even reminded them that I had promoted their platform to my followers on Instagram and LinkedIn in good faith.

Despite their initial refusal, I sent a final, professional, legally grounded email, and they eventually refunded me. ✅

He suggested that I conduct some research and gain a better understanding of the situation. I agreed. Within two days, he returned and assured me he had saved me from giving up. I'm grateful to Nick, a true legend. I thought I was good in this situation, but he's exceptional. I'm back in the game, thriving in a new chapter, a new property purchase, and looking forward to working with people you can trust. Rarely do I find someone like him.
