Welcome to Unapologetic Boss Lady – where truth meets tenacity.

Hi, I am Sarah E. First of all, I am humbled and grateful to be able to share this blog with you all. Second, I am a property investor, fashion model/actor, storyteller, University student majoring in Business Entrepreneurship, and community law advocate with a focus on mental health, LGBTQ+ rights, and female empowerment.

I built my property portfolio from scratch, navigating the highs and lows of the UK real estate market with grit, grace, and a fierce commitment to transparency via truth-telling.

As the CEO and Founder of SARAH WENNO PROPERTY LTD & SWENNO INVEST LIMITED, I have faced and continue to face everything from developer disputes to mortgage lender/broker transparancies to legal battles. I have emerged stronger, wiser, and more determined to empower others through my journey.

This blog is my space to:

• Reveal the untold truths behind the real, actual events behind the scenes of the nightmares in property deals, developer conduct, and financial institutions' conduct.
• Share real-life experiences from my buy-to-let journey.
• Connect with aspiring investors, students, and everyday people who deserve honest guidance so they don't have to go through that gruelling experience.

I am a survivor because:

My journey has been shaped by personal transformation, courage, and a deep commitment to living authentically. I have faced unique challenges and embraced my identity with pride and resilience, which has fueled my passion to uplift others who feel unheard or underestimated.

I believe in female empowerment, feminist values, and the power of storytelling to challenge injustice and inspire change. Through this platform, I aim to amplify voices, break barriers, and redefine what it means to be a minority and different. As they say, "we "on'don't in' society, and yes, to empower women in business and property.
