I’m Sarah E. Stephenson, a proprietor, storyteller, model, actor, uni student, and the unapologetic boss lady behind SARAH WENNO PROPERTY LTD & SWENNO INVEST LIMITED. This blog marks the beginning of a raw, honest, and revolutionary journey into the property world, told from the perspective of someone who didn’t inherit wealth, has no safety net, and doesn't follow the traditional path.

Over the past few years, I’ve battled through financial hardship, discrimination, health emergencies, and legal nightmares – all while building a property portfolio from the ground up. No silver spoon. No shortcuts. Just grit, vision, and relentless determination.

Why am I sharing this?
Because behind every glossy brochure and polished developer pitch lies a story they don’t want you to hear. I’ve been misled, overcharged, and gaslit by companies that thought I wouldn’t fight back. But I did. And I’m still standing.

This mantra from my beloved mother, RIP Dr Syamsidar A. Jacob, 💜, has stuck with me forever. I cherish these words, which have shaped me into who I am today.

They say every empire has its battle scars.   Mine came wrapped in legal paperwork, causing sleepless nights, a broken state of mind, and hospitalisation.  Five to six  months passed without completing the purchase, and three months have elapsed since my deadline. GG could not secure my purchase despite all the paperwork and other essential documents, and funds were satisfactory on my part, so I decided to cancel altogether.
